Case Study - Social media and leads on autopilot
Two AI automations for a rental marketplace: an agent that researches, writes the blog and designs on-brand carousels every week, and a lead machine that finds property owners and drafts personalized messages.

Overview
Letify.mt is a long-term rental marketplace in Malta that I built end-to-end. A product like this grows from two sides: tenants, drawn in by content and SEO, and property owners, who have to be sourced systematically.
A young product can't afford a copywriter, a designer and a sales team. Two AI automations do that work instead.
Blog and social media on autopilot
- Every week an AI agent researches the Maltese rental market - National Statistics Office data, Central Bank of Malta publications, the local press.
- The research becomes an SEO blog post and Instagram and Facebook carousels, rendered automatically in Letify's branding.
- The platform owner automatically gets an email with the week's content proposal and the finished blog post.
- New listings from the platform promote themselves on social media.
In the first three weeks: over 15 blog and social media publications - with no copywriter or designer.
The lead machine
Property owners advertise mostly on Facebook Marketplace, mixed in with agencies. Searching that stream by hand and writing messages one by one is hours of low-value work.
- AI reads rental listings and extracts structured data: location, price, bedrooms, contact details.
- The system tells owners from agencies - for example by spotting the same phone number repeating across multiple listings.
- For every owner, AI drafts a personalized message referring to their specific listing.
The result: Letify runs regular content marketing and sources owners systematically, at a scale unreachable by hand.
