Overview
Marion Mizzi Wellbeing is one of the biggest wellness brands operating in Malta, offering an extensive catalogue of treatments and slimming programs.
As the business scaled, off-the-shelf tools and fragmented systems began to slow down both marketing efforts and internal operations. The team needed a long-term technical partner who could design systems around the specific needs of the slimming and wellness business - not force the business to adapt to generic software.
I joined as a hands-on, long-term collaborator, working directly with marketing and operations to design and build the company's technical foundation from scratch. This included a completely new website with a custom CMS that empowers the marketing team to launch campaigns, manage banners, deploy surveys, and publish content independently - without developer involvement.
